I just got these scans back from Indie film lab last week & am so in love. :)

Don't you love their style?! And they are one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. Seeing them together & being able to photograph their love makes me so happy and is why I love this job! :)

wine country

The last day of our road trip we stopped in Sonoma. I have always dreamed of visiting the Napa Valley, all that wine. :) We went to Matanzas Creek Winery...it was gorgeous! The estate is of course surrounded by vines, but also lavender! That is the best combination! They make their own lavender products and have them for sale in the tasting room too!

Lavender never smelled so real and beautiful!

After wining we went out for pizza at The Red Grape and YUM! I get excited a lot and it's usually because of food. This place was delish. 

It felt like a day in tuscany :)

Out of all the stops on our trip, this was my favorite! I love being surrounded by golden rolling hills & vineyards.

I have started shooting with film & I am in love!

I love the colors, the feel and the process of shooting with film. The way I see life through my camera feels so natural and inspiring. Im having so much fun! 

My dreams are changing a little. I would love to be an all film photographer, to travel the world shooting in amazing locations, photographing couples in love. 

My hope is to learn as much as I can and someday soon photograph weddings with my husband. Wouldn't that be the best! I love this plan!
